Kim is a Customer Success Architect in the Global Services organization focusing on automation, orchestration and integrations. She has been with VMware since 2010 and is also an Ambassador to the Office of the CTO. Prior to joining the Customer Success team, she was an architect in the VMware Cloud Management BU.
